Summer cards with AE Bubbles

Hello!

This week I'm sharing two cards at the Avery Elle blog featuring the super cute Bubbles set. I used the same products and technique for both cards with different images, colors and sentiments.

I used my Tombow markers to create the background and to color the images, I've been playing with them lately and I'm loving them :)
To add some interest to my focal point I used the Heart and Stars frames dies. I really like these dies, they are sooo pretty!

To fisnish off the cards I added some sequins of different sizes and adhered my panel to colored card bases. I hope you like them!

Thank you so much for stopping by, have a great day!

Magic Slider Aloha Lawn Fawn card {+ video!}

Hi there!

Today I have a fun and summery card to share with you! I made an interactive magic slider card with the Magic Color Slider dies and I paired Flamingo Together with Aloha stamps to create this scene.

Also, all the coloring in this card is made with Tombow markers, I really liked them so I wanted to show you different ways to use them on your cards.

I used a smoosh technique for the background, used them as watercolors for the sea and sky and used them as regular markers with the blender maker to color the flamingo, sun and little tab.

Here you can see what happens if you pull out the tab! I love summery sunset scenes so much!

I hope you like my card and video, thank you so so much for stopping by, have an amazing day!

Tropical card with Avery Elle

Hello!

Today I'm sharing a card using the Tropics stamps and dies from Avery Elle. It's a very versatile set, perfect for not only cards with tropical elements but I felt really inspired to create something with a deep tropical look, a lot of green with a hint of a bright color on the flowers :)

I used Bristol paper and stamped all the leaves with two different green ink tones to create my background. Then I colored them with my Clean Color Real Brush markers. And I have a very relaxing time doing it :)

Te circle panel was colored with those markers as well, mixing green and black to create that dark look. Because the background looks very busy, I wanted to use a big and simple sentiment, just the hello die from the Diagonal Stripes dies over that big dark circle.

I hope you like it! Thank you so much for your visit, have a great day!

Pinneapples! - Avery Elle card

Hi and happy Monday!

Today I'm sharing a summery and very colorful card at the Avery Elle blog. I'm featuring the new Aloha stamps and matching dies, I chose to play with the pinneaple stamp and I had to use my watercolors :)

I started by stamping three pineapples with Versafine ink on watercolor paper and then I colored them with my Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolors. Once they were dry, I die cut them with the coordinating dies and adhered to a piece of cardstock previously splashed with the same watercolor hues.

I mounted my card combining the pineapples panel with some bright patterned paper and added a final touch with Key Lime and Orange Marmalade Nuvo Jewel drops.

I hope you like my project for today! Have a nice week!
